I'm thinking of taking a Regent Cruise To Tahiti. Does anyone know what is included in the cost of the cruise? And would you recommend this cruise line?

Yes, I would recommend it - it's ultra-luxury with fantastic service and they've recently gone all-inclusive so you get a lot from your money. The ship they use in Tahiti, Paul Gaugin, is very small and intimate - it's a cruise for romantics and there will be lots of couples and honeymooners on board. Good luck!
